Yngwie Malmsteen’s 66′ Fender Strat

You are viewing one of Yngwie Malmsteen’s personally owned and ripped-on for more than 30 years 1966 Fender Stratocaster. This was one of his main guitars that he used on tour, in the recording studio and on many photo shoots.

It was also featured in the illustrated book, “The Story of the Fender Stratocaster, Curves, Contours and Body Horns”. It’s listed as a 1967 under the picture but it is indeed a 1966. This book features many artists and their personal guitars such as Jimmy Hendrix, Eric Clapton and Jeff Beck. Yngwie has 3 Strats featured in this book, His Duck, This 1966 and a black 70’s strat with a left handed neck.

The Strat comes with his original Faux Fur DiMarzio ClipLock strap, a vintage style tweed hard case, set of unreleased Bullet strings, a few signature pics, signed Certificate of Authenticity, original photo with Yngwie and the guitar and a copy of the HD video.
